Initial Consultation
During our initial consultation we will present you with options and answers. Our friendly team will gather any needed information about your project to create well-rounded and honest answers. Also, we are always prepared to answer any concerns you may have.
On-Site Evaluation
We will schedule a time that works best with you to evaluate the project area. When we first arrive we are looking for things such as what kind of sub flooring you have, the moisture in the area and the overall size of the project. From this point we will be able to best discuss the project vision, budget, obstacles (if there are any), and any other questions you may have.
Discuss Details
We truly do look for the best way to do things for you. With that said, we will work one-on-one with you to create a timeline that best hits your needed deadline. We will discuss any home vacancy concerns, if staining is involved as well as plan out entry and parking.
Contract Agreement
Once all of the details are planned, we will create a contract that states what was discussed and any further expectations. We will give you time to review the contract and are always available to answer any questions.
Begin Project
We will then begin the project timely and scheduled manner. Our team understands that this is your home, which is why we always clean up after our day of work. You can trust us to provide quality craftsmanship while sticking to the timeline.
Project Completion
Once the project is finished, we closely examine our work to ensure you are receiving the best quality. We never leave a jobsite until you are satisfied, which is why we will walk through with you to make sure you are happy with the completed project.
